Transcend's PCIe SSD 110S follows NVMe 1.3 and utilizes the PCIe™ Gen3 x4 interface, meaning four lanes are used for transmitting and receiving data simultaneously, resulting in compelling performance of up to 2,500MB/s read and 1,700MB/s write.

I meant to buy the 220 and wasn't paying attention. This drive hits it's advertised speeds perfectly! Shame they are not what I was expecting from the 220. My own fault the drive works exactly as advertised!

Nice product. It does what it says on the tin. I'm using it as read cache in a hard disk array so not a lot to say about it's performance as a drive hosting an OS or apps. And I've only had it a week or so so cannot speak to it's durabiiity. Excellent service as always from memoryc.ie
